He is the founder of Gatch Consulting, LLC (formerly RTTC Group), established in 2004 to provide specialized government and corporate IT consulting services. Rob brings extensive expertise in government contracting, PLM eMatrix implementation, WMS and Supply Chain implementation, offshore IT services management, and network/infrastructure management.

Christine Bergey currently leads the IT project management office as well as an organization that develops in house applications and performs tool usage coaching. She is the business process owner of the Planview tool suite globally and lead the implementation of the tools using Planview's FastTrack program in 2023. Christine has 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (both chemical and petroleum refining), spending over 20 years in the Health Environment and Safety space before transitioning (back) to IT.

Nicole Kungel is the Director of Professional Services Operations at WEX, where she has been a driving force since 2017. With over 25 years of experience in Product Technology and Portfolio Management, Nicole has held diverse roles spanning Software Engineering, Product Management, Program Delivery, and Portfolio Management. He began working with Advisor at its inception 24 years ago, first in professional services and later as the COO responsible for Cloud Ops and information security. Dan holds a graduate certificate in engineering management from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and a BSE in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He believes a company runs on its collective stomach, and in his spare time plots reasons to involve cake into company events.

Jamie Freeman is a Sr. Product Owner at enGen, a Highmark Health company, and is responsible for effective portfolio, product, and project management across the company. Jamie boasts a proven record of successfully leading mixed methodology delivery teams in the healthcare and financial industries by aligning business goals with technology solutions. She holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering and is currently pursing a Master's in Information Management. She resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but it is a native to Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Natalie Sadosky is vice president of Global Delivery Office and ePMO Standards for Voya Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VOYA), which helps Americans plan, invest and protect their savings — to get ready to retire better.

Sadosky leads the oversight of global workforce relationship strategy within business and technical operations. In her role, she is responsible for the overall execution of our growth strategy and performance, influencing business strategy, expense management and employee engagement.

Previously, Sadosky held the title of assistant vice president of Shared Services Operations responsible for the unclaimed property and escheatment team, regulatory communications and shared services planning. Her thoughtful leadership skills, expertise and results-driven approach led to successful execution of these various initiatives, on time and under budget.

In 2009, Michael O'Grady joined Silicon Labs, marking his first day at the Planview office. This initiated a 15-year strategic partnership between Silicon Labs and Planview, with Michael leading the implementation and integration of Planview while continuing to drive product development.

Today, Michael manages an international team of data scientists, delivering process automation, strategic insights, and advanced reporting solutions for Silicon Labs. His leadership has been instrumental in developing automated workflows, predictive analytics, and real-time data integration, significantly improving efficiency across hardware and software programs. Through innovations such as Planview automation, Power BI reporting, and Jira integration, Michael continues to drive digital transformation and operational excellence in project management at Silicon Labs.

Michael began his career as an electrical design engineer at Texas Instruments.

Alan Manuel is Group VP, Products, at Planview. He is responsible for product operating model, value stream management, and AI products. He is an entrepreneur, evangelist and growth exec with experience as an executive leader at IBM, Apttus, and Tasktop, and as a co-founder of a digital media company. He holds an undergraduate degree from MIT and an MBA from INSEAD.

Maria Urani has worked in the technology field for 30 plus years in a variety of roles and across multiple industries (Aviation, Insurance, Financial Services, Utilities). She is results focused and passionate about people and managing change. Her key experiences include leading large-scale transformations and driving the delivery of large teams in an energetic and engaged environment. These experiences prepared her for CIO roles at NetJets, Huntington, TD, and her most recent role leading the VMO at Huntington. She has extensive experience in reengineering organizations and evolving the operations of IT areas to be more efficient and effective. She has led many transformations of application suites through large investment programs to uplift capabilities and upgrade technology. These transformations have simplified technology stacks, improved products and streamlined processes. Charlie Kennedy is the IT Transformation & Delivery Director for Huntington National Bank (HNB). HNB is a $204 billion asset regional bank headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. It offers a comprehensive suite of banking, payments, wealth management, and risk management products and services, operating more than 1,000 branches in 11 states. Charlie provides transformation leadership and leads the scrum master organization within the Value Management Office. Previously, Charlie led multiple Agile transformations at both HNB and Nationwide Insurance, including in the digital organizations at both companies. These efforts resulted in greater delivery velocity, improved cost effectiveness, and better adaptability to market conditions. Charlie also served as an Executive Program Manager at Nationwide, leading large, enterprise-level transformational programs.

With over a decade of experience in software integration, value stream management, and product management, Mara is a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver value to customers and stakeholders. Caitlin Vari is a Value Management Office Governance Analyst II who has been with Huntington Bank for three years. She and her team work closely with all Planview products in use at Huntington Bank including AgilePlace, Planview Hub, Roadmaps and Planview Viz.

Katrina Carroll serves as VP, VMO Governance Manager Senior at Huntington Bank, where she plays a key role in the Value Management Office.

Bouchra Atoubi Galluccio is a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and DevOps. As the Vice President of Quality Assurance and DevOps at Healthfirst, Bouchra leads a large and global team of Quality Engineers, Release and Change Management professionals, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in software delivery to serve the HealthFirst members and Providers.
