What does my registration fee include?
The registration fee includes access to all general sessions, keynotes, networking events, meals, and materials. Optional University of Planview classes will have additional costs.
Will I receive a confirmation email after I register?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact planviewconnect@planview.com.
Can I register for individual days only?
No, registration is for the full two-day event. We do not offer single-day passes.
What are the dates for Planview Connect 2025?
April 23 – 25, 2025. The agenda and times are still being finalized. Currently, we anticipate Training Classes on April 23rd from 1pm-5pm US Eastern Time. Day 1 of the conference is on April 24th, running from 9am - 5pm US Eastern Time, and Day 2 on April 25th, from 9am – 2pm US Eastern Time. Sign up for Connect emails if you would like to be alerted when the session agenda and final times are announced.
Will the conference be in-person or virtual?
This year's global conference will be in-person only.
What are the fees for the conference?
Take advantage of our early bird pricing of $1,295 (USD), available until January 31, 2025. Starting on February 1, 2025, pricing will be $1,895 (USD) per ticket.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
You may cancel your participation at any time. Please be aware of the event cancellation policy listed below:
If you cancel on or before April 1, 2025, you will be refunded your registration fee. Please email the Planview Connect Team at planviewconnect@planview.com with your request to cancel.
If you cancel after April 1st, you will not be eligible for a refund, but may transfer your registration to another party. Please email the Planview Connect Team at planviewconnect@planview.com with your request.
Can I transfer my registration to someone else?
Yes, you may transfer your registration to another employee at your organization. Please contact planviewconnect@planvew.com and we can take care of this.
Where is Planview Connect being held?
Planview Connect is happening at the Diplomat Beach Resort, Hollywood, FL.
How do I reserve rooms under the room block?
Please refer to the where to stay page for room blocks at both the Diplomat Beach Resort, as well as the Double Tree. Rooms are limited, so please book your room ASAP.
Which airport should I fly into?
Fort Lauderdale International Airport (8.9 miles) or Miami International Airport (23.4 miles)
What if I need to cancel my hotel room?
If you need to cancel your room, please call the hotel directly.
Are transportation services provided between the airport and the hotel?
No, transportation is not provided. However, both Miami International and Fort Lauderdale International airports offer various transport options such as taxis, ride-sharing services, and shuttle services.
Can I extend my stay at the hotel using the group rate?
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about extending your stay under the group rate.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, both valet and self-parking options are available at the Diplomat Beach Resort for an additional fee.
Can I bring a companion or guest?
Conference sessions and meals are limited to registered attendees only. However, you may contact the hotel directly to inquire about accommodations for companions or family members.
Will there be a mobile app for the event?
Yes, we will be launching a mobile app to help you navigate the conference, plan your agenda, and network with other attendees. Details will be provided closer to the event.
Will there be training classes from University of Planview at the in-person conference?
Yes, we will offer a selection of popular classes from University of Planview. These are optional and at an additional cost. Conference attendees can take advantage of special discounted pricing. Will there be opportunities for one-on-one meetings with Planview executives or product experts?
Yes, there will be options to schedule one-on-one meetings during the event. More details will be provided closer to the event date.
Will there be social or evening events?
Yes, there will be networking receptions and evening events. Specific details will be shared as the event approaches.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
All conference meals will be buffet-style and include vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you have additional special dietary needs, please let us know during the registration process, and we will be happy to try to accommodate your request.
Can you accommodate people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is ADA-compliant. If you require assistive devices or have additional needs, please let us know during the registration process.
What is the dress code?
Conference attire is business casual. We recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket with you, as conference rooms can get chilly.
